The location in a very quite area was particularly good and there were shopping malls and a bazaar nearby. The place was steps away from Florence city center. We ate at a good restaurant which serves lunch and dinner.

Brilliant location, easy walk to an indoor market hall. Excellent food, nice room with a quite patio, regular fresh towels plus table/chairs. Very good and great staff at all times.

Besides, the location was perfect and exceptionally nice for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of a medieval cathedral. Was in a very quite area and near restaurants and bars. The family restaurant which serves lunch and dinner was the best part.

The rooms turned out to be huge and big with the bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, for example. The location was absolutely perfect and nice, near old town.

The hotel was WONDERFUL and fairly clean with excellent and attentivestaff members. The rooms with a standard decor. Central location, at a medium distance from a pedestrianized square.

We had a DELIGHTFUL stay in this lovely hotel. The location was marvellous and brilliant, within walking distance of a medieval cathedral. Plus it was in a pretty nice area. Fantastic service was provided here. Moreover, public parking was nearby.

Marvellous breakfast with sausages and fresh fruit and oatmeal, the staff is excellent.

The bathrooms are quite small.

This nice hotel occupies a nice building in the historic style. The property has a very central location so close to major attractions within walking distance. Also, it is close enough to the markets and shops in the main squares, the cafes and shops and everything-main train station/bars/restaurants/shops/market.

The room was nicely decorated with TV set with satellite channels, climate control and a personal safe.

The staff were really helpful and caring and the design was nice. Lovely building and rooms with a double n single bed at the upper level. Comfortable location - short walk to super market, train station and centre of Florence as well as the train station and major attractions. For tea or coffee visit Triangolo delle Bermuda nearby. Really nice experience there.

The rooms are reasonably large and include an electric kettle and a fridge. The staff are exceptionally nice and provide a friendly service.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem in the heart of the city. Its strategic location in a small street, set back from the street, makes it the perfect base for exploring all the famous spots in the city center.
